ANTM Episode 6
Dance With Me
Benny Ninja was one of many guest appearance on this week's episode focusing on movement and the body. The Jabbawockeez and Lil Mama showed the girls how to dance to express emotions, primarily focusing on anger, joy, and sadness. The girls were then split into groups of 3 and they had to choreograph their own routine resulting in a $17,000 worth of jewelry win for Kara, Jennifer, and Rae. I enjoy the teachings of Benny Ninja but this cycle didn't focus on him as the Jabbawockeez and Lil Mama were the instructors. Also, the acting/dancing challenges are usually boring so it was not a surprise I wanted to fast forward to the photoshoot.
For the photoshoot, the girls were flown to Las Vegas and teamed up with Cirque du Soleil for an interesting photoshoot with photographer Mike Rosenthal. I really like Mike Rosenthal's photography and the photoshoots for top model with him as the photographer are weird, unique, and stunning.
The girls shot in groups of 3 and the photo of the week was awarded to the 3 girls in said photo. Jennifer lucked out, and you will see why. After that was presented, the remaining girls were called out individually.
Rae, Brittany, Jennifer - First Call-Out
Rae: Last week, I wanted her to have a photo where she didn't appear angelic, and she listened. She looks mean, in a good way, and even though there is someone infront of her, she still stands out.
Brittany: Like Rae, she has that mean look and like Tyra would say, is working the "ugly-pretty".
Jennifer: She looks boring and plain. The only reason she was not in the bottom two was because she lucked out and had two strong girls in her frame.
Nicole, Erin, Sundai
Nicole: Even though she was "the weakest one" of the group according to the judges, she was called before Sundai and Erin. You can see why.
Erin: Erin always has great photos but she never has that WOW picture which she needs to obtain in the next episodes or she will be sent home.
Sundai: As much as I like Sundai, this photo is just ok, not great. She allegedly had an amazing film but Tyra had to find a photo were Nicole looked decent.
Laura, Kara, Ashley
Laura: Of all the photos, Laura stands out the most. Like Tyra would usually say, she looks sexy, but not in a hoochie kind of a way. Obviously Laura also brought her lovable personality this episode. Unlike some of the past contestants that are excited to be on Top Model, Laura actually looks genuine. Her joy and excitement is believable, unlike some *ahem* Saleisha(Cycle9).
Kara: I have never liked her, but never hated her either. I was indifferent. However, I hate her now. I was already starting to dislike her since she hung out with Ashley and Lulu but this episode she was rude and said disrespectful things about my favorite Nicole. That is a HUGE no-no. With regards to her photo, she doesn't stand out or seem memorable, the end.
Ashley: Someone take those sleeping pills away from Ashley before she overdoses. Like last week, she looks bored and lacks the energy that the other girls brought to the table. Good thing the bitch is gone.

ANTM Episode 5
Take My Photo, Tyra!
The make-up and beauty shot episode of the season provided an abundance of drama, sparking the first limo outburst of the cycle.
Like previous cycles, the girls got make-up tips and had the Walmart challenge with Nigel Barker and his wife Chrissy. Sundai won the challenge which included the $1,000 giftcard and having her photo up on the Walmart website.
At the house after the challenge, Ashley complains about her bruises caused by Erin's rough attitude during the challenge. On the way to the photo shoot, Bianca and Ashley confront Erin about her behavior at the challenge, making her cry and forcing an apology out of the contestant.
The photoshoot is a beauty shot with Tyra as the photographer using scarfs to add some variety to the shoot. Most of the girls did a great job while two of them failed miserably. As soon as the girls are done, Tyra and Mr. Jay decide on the spot that Brittany had the best shot and not only would win immunity but would shoot with male models for a photo that would be featured on the Tyra Banks Show website.
Brittany - First Call-Out
I actually understand why Tyra chose this. It may appear that some of the other ones are better, but this girl worked through an actual scarf unlike the rest that just had it tied on their head.
Nicole
Do I even have to explain why bloody eyeball is one of my favorite and why this photo is stunning?
Rae
Rae is extremely angelic in most of her photographs. I would like to see a more edgier look for her.
Erin
I don't want to jinx anything, but Erin will have one of the better post-antm careers. She knows how to model from the bottom of her toes to the tips of her fingertips.
Sundai
Sundai has one of the best personalities of all the ANTM contestants. She reminds me of my friend Alexis. You should check out her blog: http://shawnalexis.blogspot.com/
Jennifer
I think I know why some people hate this photo. It's not Jennifer, but the background that ruins this for many.
Laura
Like Sundai, Laura has quite the lovable personality. I also would like to be her friend. The photo looks extremely Renaissance-esque and her personality this episode was evident, as always.
Kara
Not gonna lie, this picture is really pretty. Kara managed to softer up her face which deserves a pat on the back.
Ashley - Bottom Two
This is where the photoshoot goes downhill. In here, she reminds me of Beyonce's sister, Solange, but after she took sleeping pills and was struck by a tranquilizer gun.
Bianca - Eliminated
She really knows how to move her body, but not the face. After 3 times in the bottom, it was her time to leave.

ANTM Episode 4
Make Me Tall
There were some modeling tidbits in tonight's episode but the highlight was the obvious drama. Before we get to that, let me just get the whole gist of the episode out of the way:
There was the runway practice in which this midget strutted her stuff down the runway with Miss Jay. Ok, it wasn't a midget [but it would have been major brownie points to Tyra if it was] but instead a 9 year old model/runway walker that has been in the industry since she was 4. I'm not gonna lie, little Diva Davanna was pretty damn good at runway. Like every cycle, Miss Jay gave them tips like stop walking like a neanderthal, keep your chin up, watch your posture etc.
For the runway challenge, the devil itself Ann Shoket showed up. The girls were paired with an amazonian like model and the contestants had to make themselves look tall while walking. Brittany won and chose Laura and Kara to share her prize of a prom spread in Seventeen Magazine.
The photoshoot was basically a stretch your limbs in this abandoned warehouse filled with random used stuff. Brittany struggled because all the girls were allowed to watch and she was the first to go. Kara, Erin and Nicole did great.
Now to the good part: BITCH ALERT
For the record, Bianca has annoyed me and her pictures have not been impressive. However, I actually felt bad for her in this episode and began to hate two different girls. Nicole, who is my favorite, actually had some one on one time with her and learned that Bianca is actually "nice" [well according to Bianca]. She hides that behind her tough exterior because she was in an abusive relationship that ended with her in the hospital. Now that I think of it, Bianca has complained like no other but she really hasn't done anything bitchy. Its the girls that have labeled her that way.
Now on the the two girls that I loathe. Everyone pretty much knows that I have disliked Ashely since day one. And now I have more reason to really hate her. In a comparison that will annoy my friend Alexis, Ashley was like Regina George minus the greatness plus the ugliness. Ashley and her minion Lulu talked trash the entire episode:
1. The episode opens with Ashley complaining about Bianca. We also get a confessional of Nicole who states that Ashley is mean and Lulu is her ridiculous little delusional sidekick [As if I couldn't like Nicole any more].

2. After getting back to the house from getting runway tips from Miss Jay, Brittany is practicing her walk when Ashley and Lulu approach her and criticize everything little thing as if they were experts.
3. Bianca and Sundai are eating when Sundai asks her why she cried when Courtney was eliminated to which Bianca responded that she did because Courtney was her friend. Sundai then informs her that Courtney really wasn't her friend and that she only talked to Bianca because of Lulu. Bianca is obviously hurt when the two hyenas approach her and mock her lack of eyebrows.
4. Thing 1 and Thing 2 are upset that Brittany won and throughout the episode attack Brittany and Bianca. Oh and Kara is seen hanging out with the two beasts so now I know I won't be Team Kara anytime soon.
Makes me wanna choke a bitch!

The goal was to appear taller than you are. Nicole is 5'7, does she look taller?
Thought so. Besides, this is elegant and portrait like. Stunning!
Jennifer
Where did her wonky eye go!? Her pose and the overall photo is high fashion.
Erin
This reminds me of Jenah's(Cycle 9) cardboard picture. Effortless but still gorgeous.
Kara - First Call-Out
She manages to soften up her expression and the rope intertwined with her leg is a nice touch.
Sundai
I have always liked Sundai's personality, but her pictures have fallen short[no pun intended] until now. She needs to work on her face but her pose makes up for it.
Laura
Personality wise, Laura is my favorite! Her southern accent is quite delightful and she always has good quotes each episode. This episode, her mention that she always does runway walks down Walmart aisles was LOL worthy. Now to the photo, it doesn't make her seem tall, but its still nice to look at.
Rae
Ever since her first call out during the first episode, Rae has had good photos, but nothing wow worthy.
Bianca
She does not appear 5'10 but the ring concept and overall image is pretty ok for me. However, it feels like I'm looking at an athlete in this photo, not a model.
Lulu - Eliminated
Besides the fact that she's annoying, this photo is not that bad. Her "missing" leg creeps me out but for the past two weeks, I have liked Lulu and her pictures. Damn that Ashley for taking her to the dark side. As much as I hated her, I feel as though Ashley should have left.
Brittany - Bottom Two
I'm gonna admit, as much as I like her, this photo is not that good. She looks like a petite model, mission NOT accomplished.
Ashley
Who is that robot!? Her face, her pose is all awkward. Ashley spreading her legs, is just, not the most modelesque thing ever. She needs to go, NOW.
